Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping (Best Way / Ground) is available on eligible parcel items, such as sauna heaters, residential steam shower generators and kits, accessories, parts, and sauna stones, for orders of $75 or more after discounts, shipping to the contiguous United States. Ground delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after your order ships. Sauna rooms/kits, commercial steambath generators and steam boilers, doors, and other oversize or freight-profile products are not eligible for this free-parcel offer.

Parcel orders ship by standard ground carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Free shipping does not apply when a customer selects a non-Best-Way service.

Sauna rooms, sauna kits, commercial steambath generators and steam boilers, doors, oversize or non-stock items, and LTL/pallet shipments ship by freight with curbside-style delivery. Freight has a separate cost, shown as a flat freight rate at checkout or confirmed with you at order confirmation; we do not promise free parcel shipping on freight items. Please allow preparation and transit time for oversize freight.

Free shipping is limited to the contiguous United States. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates, international destinations, and P.O. Boxes.

If returns or cancellations reduce an eligible order below $75 after discounts, shipping may be charged. Please inspect deliveries and note visible damage on the delivery receipt before accepting.
