Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping (Best Way / Ground) on parcel-eligible items — accessories and heaters that ship UPS/FedEx — for orders over $75 shipping to the contiguous United States.

Sauna rooms, sauna kits, and many heaters ship by freight with curbside delivery. Freight to the contiguous US is quoted as a flat freight rate at checkout; someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are quoted separately — please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
