Match heater kW to insulated interior volume. Glass, stone, tile, or thin walls need more heater than a tight wood room of the same size. A licensed electrician completes the hookup from the nameplate — we do not guess breaker size. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com to size the room first.

Is a control included?
No. Order EmoTec D (eos-emotec-d) or Touch 3 (eos-touch-3) and the matching power box if that listing says the box is not in the carton.

Are stones included?
No. The Invisio Midi NA IOM lists stones as an optional accessory (94.7336). We do not sell that EOS stone SKU on this shop yet.

Is the safety grille included?
Yes — the NA IOM carton includes a protective grill. The grille SKU on this shop is extra / replacement.

Xenio or UKU?
No. Those are Harvia and HUUM. EOS heaters take EmoTec D or Touch 3.
