Infrared heaters included. The Finnmark FD-1 is a 1-person indoor full-spectrum cabin (Spectrum Plus + Spectrum Carbon). Western Canadian Cedar interior, Thermo-Aspen exterior. Exterior about 37" W × 37.8" D × 78.3" H; volume about 44.1 cu ft. Electrical on our sheet: 120V / 15A, NEMA 5-15P, 1450W. Finnmark’s 1-person spec also prints 1750W — email hello@selfcaresaunas.com if you need the nameplate settled before the electrician pulls wire. IR max 170°F. Built-in Wi-Fi touchscreen. Do not add a Harvia/HUUM heater.

How it heats

Infrared panels in the walls heat you more than they heat a giant air volume. No ladle-on-rocks unless you buy a different product. Plug-in 120V class — still have an electrician confirm the dedicated circuit. This is a one-person cabin, not a family barrel.

Traditional Harvia heater included?
FD-4: Vega Compact 1900 yes. FD-5: KIP45B yes. FD-6/FD-7: no, sold separately. FD-1–3: no, IR only.

Stones included?
Only with the Trinity traditional heaters (FD-4/FD-5). IR cabins do not use löyly stones.

Indoor?
Indoor cabin.
