Narvi 30 Wood-Burning Sauna Stove

The Narvi 30 Wood-Burning Sauna Stove is a Finnish wood-burning sauna stove from Narvi. Narvi EN 15821 nominal space-heating output: 24 kW. Room range on narvi.fi: 20–35 m³ (about 706–1236 cu ft). Stones and the flue are sold separately. This is not an electric heater. This is Narvi 30, not Narvi 50 (145 mm flue) and not the through-wall 30.

How it heats

This is a continuously heated wood-burning sauna stove, not an electric heater. You load dry firewood, run the fire while you bathe, and throw water on the rocks for löyly. Smoke leaves through a 119 mm outlet — top or rear on most of these SKUs (cap the unused opening). Connect it to a masonry chimney or Narvi’s Kota 15 steel flue (sold separately). Clearances in the IOM are to combustibles; a Narvi installation base is required on combustible floors and over underfloor heat. Stones are sold separately. This listing is the stove.

Code, UL, and who decides the flue

A licensed chimney installer and the authority having jurisdiction decide the flue for your building. Narvi prints CE / T600 on the Kota 15 pages we cite. Those pages do not print a UL listing. We will not invent one. This is not a US 6-inch Class A kit.

FAQ

Are stones included?
No. Narvi 30 stone load in Narvi’s table is 65 kg / about 143 lb. About 4 boxes of the 20 kg / 44 lb Narvi 10–15 cm carton (narvi-sauna-stones-split-10-15 split-face, or rounded narvi-sauna-stones-rounded-10-15). Round up so you are not short.

Is a chimney included?
No. Order Kota 15 (narvi-kota-basic-flue-15) or have a masonry flue the installer accepts. CE / T600 on Narvi’s Kota 15 pages — not UL.

Is this electric?
No. Wood-burning only. There is no Narvi electric heater in this authorized list.

Is this a complete sauna?
No. Stove only.

US 6-inch Class A?
No. Outlet is 119 mm. The 6-inch adaptor SKU (narvi-pipe-adaptor-6in) is a pipe adaptor, not a listed Class A kit. Installer and AHJ decide.

Chimney water tank?
Not offered on this SKU. Narvi’s product page does not list the 30 L chimney tank here, or the stove already has a tank.

Stone cage on the flue?
Optional 250×400 black cage narvi-stone-cage-black. Extra 10–15 cm stones for the cage are sold separately. Narvi does not print a kg load for this cage — we do not invent one. Not with the chimney watertank.

Connecting pipe in the carton?
Narvi’s install note: most stoves ship a 20 cm connecting flue — except Narvi 30 and Narvi 50. Plan pipe with the installer.
