Is a chiller included? Yes. The FDC-1A chiller/heater is in this package, so you don’t need a second chiller.
How much space does it need? The round tub is about 40 in across and 41.3 in tall (interior about 34.4 in across and 36 in deep), plus room for the stairs and the chiller. SaunaLife’s install manual calls for a level pad at least three inches above grade.
What electrical service do I need? A licensed electrician wires the chiller on a dedicated circuit from its nameplate. We don’t invent amp ratings.
How does it ship? By freight to a proper pad, fully assembled. It is not part of the free ground parcel offer. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com before you order so we can confirm the delivery path and lead time.
What warranty does it have? SaunaLife’s limited warranty covers the tub against defects in workmanship for two years in residential use, for the original retail buyer. It excludes added components, so email us about the FDC-1A chiller’s coverage before you order. SaunaLife warranty (PDF).
