Is a chiller included? Yes. The AP-1 chiller/heater is in this package, so you don’t need a second chiller.
How much space and support does it need? The tub is about 74.4 in × 46 in × 41 in tall, plus room for the stairs and the chiller. SaunaLife lists it at about 2,021 lb filled. Its install manual calls for a level, stable base at least 3 in above grade, such as concrete blocks or strips on compacted gravel. See our cold plunge chiller guide.
What electrical service do I need? A licensed electrician wires the chiller on a dedicated circuit from its nameplate. We don’t invent amp ratings.
How does it ship? By freight to a proper pad, fully assembled. It is not part of the free ground parcel offer. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com before you order so we can confirm the delivery path and lead time.
What warranty does it have? SaunaLife’s limited warranty covers the tub against defects in workmanship for two years in residential use, for the original retail buyer. It excludes added components, so email us about the AP-1 chiller’s coverage before you order. SaunaLife warranty (PDF).
