Harvia KIP60B is a 6 kW electric sauna heater for rooms of about 170–300 cu ft. It is the classic Finnish wall-mounted KIP heater with the controls built in: a temperature dial on the left, and an on/off timer with up to an 8-hour delay on the right. Dual-wall construction keeps the outer shell cooler than a single-wall box. Typical US installs are 240V, wired by a licensed electrician. Stones are sold separately (2 boxes). It suits 4.5–6 kW cabins like the SaunaLife E6.
How it heats
KIP is the classic Harvia wall heater: elements in a stone cage, water on the rocks for löyly. Dual-wall construction keeps the outer shell cooler than a single-wall box. The B model has temperature and timer dials on the heater — left for temp, right for on/off with up to 8-hour delay and a 60-minute run cycle.

What electrical service do I need?
Typical US KIP installs are 240V. A licensed electrician sizes the circuit from the nameplate; we don’t publish guessed breaker sizes.
Is a control included?
Yes. The B model has its dials on the heater. The KIP60W is the version for a separate control.
Are stones included?
No. It takes 2 boxes of stones, sold separately. A KIP60B package is also listed; email us to confirm what is in that carton.
How does it ship?
By freight. Sauna heaters are not part of the free ground parcel offer (that covers eligible parcel items over $75, such as stones and parts). The freight cost shows at checkout or is confirmed with you at order confirmation. Inspect the delivery and note any visible damage on the receipt.
What warranty does it have?
It is covered by Harvia’s manufacturer warranty for defects in normal use. Install it per the Harvia manual, and email us if you want the warranty terms before you buy.
