The Harvia KIP80B is a wall-mounted Harvia KIP electric heater, 8 kW, for rooms of about 250–425 cu ft. KIP is the straightforward Finnish wall unit people put in home saunas when they want a known quantity, not a design object.
How it heats
KIP is the classic Harvia wall heater: elements in a stone cage, water on the rocks for löyly. Dual-wall construction keeps the outer shell cooler than a single-wall box. The B model has temperature and timer dials on the heater — left for temp, right for on/off with up to 8-hour delay and a 60-minute run cycle.
