This is the Harvia LTY45 power extension unit: a stainless contactor box that works alongside a Harvia Xenio CX30 or CX45 control when the heater needs more switching capacity than the control’s own power unit has, or is wired on more circuits than the control has. It is not a control by itself. The Xenio panel still runs the sauna. In this shop, the Virta Pro HL200E (208V 3-phase) needs one.

FAQ
Is this a control? No. It adds switching capacity to a Harvia Xenio CX30 or CX45. You still need the control.
Does my heater need one? Only when Harvia’s wiring table calls for it. In this shop that is the Virta Pro HL200E (always) and the Virta Pro HL160E (only on 4 circuits). The KIP-W, Club, Virta HL110E and Virta Combi heaters we sell do not need it at 240V 1-phase or at 208V 3-phase.
240V or 208V 3-phase? Same unit, same price. It is wired for your supply at install.
Virta Combi? No. The Combi heaters we sell run on their Combi control without an extension.

A licensed electrician reads the nameplate and the Harvia manual. We do not guess breaker size.
