How it heats
Traditional Finnish heat: the included Harvia electric (or wood, on Nordic Misty wood options) heats stones; you throw water for löyly. A licensed electrician hooks up electric heaters. Wood options need a proper chimney. ThermaSol pages sometimes list Virta “with Wi-Fi” and also say Xenio is sold separately — if a wall control is not named on this SKU, email hello@selfcaresaunas.com before you assume it is in the crate.

Sizing
Match heater kW to insulated interior volume. Glass, stone, tile, or thin walls need more heater than a tight wood room of the same size. A licensed electrician completes the hookup from the nameplate — we do not guess breaker size. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com to size the room first.
