Is a heater included? No. You must add a compatible heater. The warning at the top of this page is the rule.
What kW? 6–7.5kW electric as a starting range for an insulated cabin. Glass and winter outdoor use may need the high end. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com or use chat to size it.
Indoor or outdoor? Outdoor (or portable tent). Set it on a proper base and follow the manual.
Can I use a wood stove? Yes on outdoor timber cabins where the heater manual clearances fit. Not linked for the Trekker tents.
