Sizing
Match heater kW to insulated interior volume. Glass, stone, tile, or thin walls need more heater than a tight wood room of the same size. A licensed electrician completes the hookup from the nameplate — we do not guess breaker size. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com to size the room first.

No. You must add a compatible heater. The warning at the top of this page is the rule.
What kW?
4.5–6kW electric as a starting range for an insulated cabin. Glass and winter outdoor use may need the high end. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com or use chat to size it.
Indoor or outdoor?
Outdoor (or portable tent). Set it on a proper base and follow the manual.
Can I use a wood stove?
Yes on outdoor timber cabins where the heater manual clearances fit. Not linked for the Trekker tents.
