SaunaLife G6 outdoor garden sauna for up to 5 people. The G6 is a fully assembled, insulated cabin from SaunaLife’s Garden Series, not a kit. It has a full double-glazed glass front wall, a clear glass side door in a black wood frame, black Thermo-Pine exterior cladding, and a Thermo-Aspen interior with two-tier benches and dimmable LED lighting. SaunaLife lists it at about 7 ft 10-1/2 in × 6 ft 10-11/16 in outside and just over 8 ft tall. The recommended heater range is 9–10.5 kW electric. Heater not included; the G6 ships by freight in a protective crate.

Sizing
Match heater kW to insulated interior volume. Glass, stone, tile, or thin walls need more heater than a tight wood room of the same size. A licensed electrician completes the hookup from the nameplate — we do not guess breaker size. Email hello@selfcaresaunas.com to size the room first.

Is a heater included?
No. You must add a compatible heater before use. Stones, control and chimney come with the heater you choose.
What size is it, and what heater does it need?
About 7 ft 10-1/2 in × 6 ft 10-11/16 in outside and 8 ft 1-29/32 in tall, with about 6 ft 5-3/4 in of interior height, seating up to 5. The recommended electric range is 9–10.5 kW, such as the Harvia Virta HL90E, HUUM DROP 9, HUUM HIVE Mini 9 or the 10.5 kW HUUM CORE. The glass front and cold-weather use may need the high end. What electrical service do I need?
The G6 comes pre-wired for its LED lighting and includes SaunaLife’s SaunaGear outdoor control box and electrical box. SaunaLife’s manual says a licensed electrician must make all electrical connections, sized from your heater’s nameplate and manual. We don’t guess breaker sizes.
How does it ship?
By freight, fully assembled in a protective OSB crate (SaunaLife lists about 2,976 lb crated). SaunaLife’s manual says to lift it into its final spot by crane or forklift before you remove the crate, so plan site access first. It is not part of the free ground parcel offer. The freight cost shows at checkout or is confirmed at order confirmation. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
What base does it need?
SaunaLife’s manual calls for a level, stable base at least 3 in above the surrounding ground, with support under all base beams. It recommends concrete blocks or strips on compacted gravel, with geotextile underneath to stop weeds.
What warranty does it have?
SaunaLife’s limited warranty covers defects in workmanship for two years in residential use, for the original retail buyer. It does not cover heaters or added components, natural weathering of the wood, or installation and delivery. Your heater has its own manufacturer warranty. SaunaLife warranty (PDF).
Can I use a wood-burning stove?
Yes, where the stove manual’s clearances fit this outdoor timber cabin. See the wood stoves listed above, and plan for a chimney.
